About TRY:

The TRY program is a creative journey for young people aged 16-18, designed to foster artistic expression, emotional awareness and collaborative learning. The process is mainly based on improvisation, encouraging participants to experiment, take risks, and create original material inspired by their own ideas and lived experience.

Through movement and somatic exercises, they develop confidence and stage presence. Group discussions and reflection are central to the work, strengthening communication skills and critical thinking.

The rehearsal space becomes a safe place where young people explore their artistic voice, grow in self-awareness, and connect with others.
