Next Meeting:
2 books:
Simple Passion & A Man’s Place by Annie Ernaux

Saturday 4th July 2026.
We communicate through a WhatsApp group. If you would like to join, write to: contact@pragueliterarycalendar.com

Upcoming meetings: Aqua Viva by Clarice Lispector Saturday 1st August. We will decide the next 3 books on this date.

Our book club was founded in August 2022 by John Denys. We read Pride and Prejudice and have been very frequent ever since. We are a mixed group of all ages, genders, races and political backgrounds. We welcome all people and encourage interesting discussion without judgment. John Denys has now left Prague but the book club still continues today.

We select 3 books to read during the meeting, and then we meet on the first Saturday of each month at 16.00 to discuss.
